The Renderings

We combined cinematic storytelling
 with architectural precision.

The Visual language

Inspired by movies, each render was art directed with moody lighting, beautiful framing and Riviera colours — turning floor plans into a visual luxury and mystery.

Palazzo del Mare courtyard: fountain, lush landscaping, and elegant building facade.
Palazzo del Mare is a luxury residential development inspired by the grandeur of the French Riviera, and its marketing leaned into classic film language: cinematic lighting, greenish color grading, and visual nods to romanticized crime dramas and James Bond-style intrigue, building a timeless, cinematic identity for the property.

Project Overview

Palazzo del Mare’s architecture channels classic European elegance with a French Riviera edge, and the brief for the marketing video was simple: make it feel like the most luxurious address anyone could imagine.

Business Goal
The client wanted status and exclusivity to come through on screen, through cinematic storytelling, so the video had to sell both the building itself and the life waiting inside it.
What the Client Asked For
The developer asked for a marketing video built around a cinematic, film-inspired concept: visuals styled like a scene from a classic Riviera film, brought to life with a professional director, references from well-known films, cinematic lighting and color grading, and smooth transitions between wide architectural shots and intimate details.
Creative Approach
We brought in a professional film director who set the concept as if it were a scene from a classic French Riviera film, using greenish filters and cinematic lighting for a vintage, film-like quality, and drawing directly on frames from well-known films to nail the sense of prestige and exclusivity. Wide architectural shots moved into close, intimate details — panoramic views, Mediterranean dining, spa treatments, the pool, garden paths, elite lobbies, high-end cars and golf carts, all selling both the building's design and the lifestyle around it. To keep the video from feeling like a straight sales pitch, we produced two edits: one built around the architecture, the other around the lifestyle, giving the client flexibility across marketing channels, from private presentations to broader campaigns.
Results
The client loved the final cut, especially how understated it felt for something this luxurious. Having both versions meant they could use the footage anywhere, from private showings to full campaigns, and the project sold 65% of its 926 units before construction wrapped.
