Park Lane is a grand residential complex of four towers on the Caspian shore, each 18 stories high. The design follows a striking hi-tech style. It carries the spirit of global business districts and pairs it with the calm of seaside living. The concept gives residents urban energy and coastal freedom in one place.

Business Goal

Buyers on the Caspian shore want two things at once: the pulse of a global city and the quiet of the coast. Park Lane offered both in one address, with 2465 homes to sell on that promise. The marketing made buyers feel it early and turned interest into reservations before construction ends.

Park Lane came to us asking for renders. We proposed the full system around them: the brand first, so buyers know the project early, then animation and two sales platforms. Online, buyers walk their own unit, pick an apartment, and check the view. Offline, the team presents the complex on a large interactive screen.

Offline sales platform: the sales team guides buyers through the complex in person on a large interactive screen.

Creative Approach

The renderings build a bold, contemporary world inspired by global business districts and the elegance of seaside living. Every render works as a new entry point for a buyer: facade, entrance, courtyard, evening light. The animation lets buyers feel the space before they set foot in it. The visual language merges hi-tech architecture with metropolitan rhythm and coastal surroundings, and it creates a cosmopolitan way of life.

Results

The brand, the animation, and the two sales platforms gave the sales team a full closing system. Park Lane sold 58% of units in pre-sale.
